A great course N4H is offering with master forager Daniel Lacasta. Come learn about seaweed, how to gather it, store it, and most importantly, eat it! All from the comfort of your own living room, or a beach near you, as long as you have a device with data connection. We will be delivering via Zoom. Our Nature Walks are back! We will be delivering these online for the duration of this lockdown via the very simple and easy to use app Zoom. One of our regular leaders will lead about a 45 minute session walking in nature near their homes and streaming it to participants. There will be movement, activities and engagement with the group with everyone having the opportunity to speak and be heard, or not. All the while exploring the beautiful outdoors …

Our two Branching Out programmes are going great with 12 to 15 folk on each. A huge thank you to everyone who has helped make this happen!

Great meeting at the “Green Health Partnership” launch at the Inverness Botanic Gardens on Tuesday. Our gorse tea and bannocks in the coals went down a treat. Also a lovely walk with some of the other attendees afterwards. Stephen’s gorse tea proved most popular with the Provost!
