Nature Walks for Wellbeing return!

Our Nature Walks are back! We will be delivering these online for the duration of this lockdown via the very simple and easy to use app Zoom.   One of our regular leaders will lead about a 45 minute session walking in nature near their homes and streaming it to participants. There will be movement, activities and engagement with the group with everyone having the opportunity to speak and be heard, or not. All the while exploring the beautiful outdoors …

Nature 4 Health Stephen and provost

Stephen serves tea to the Provost of Inverness!

Great meeting at the “Green Health Partnership” launch at the Inverness Botanic Gardens on Tuesday. Our gorse tea and bannocks in the coals went down a treat. Also a lovely walk with some of the other attendees afterwards. Stephen’s gorse tea proved most popular with the Provost!
