Nature Walks for Wellbeing return!

Our Nature Walks are back! We will be delivering these online for the duration of this lockdown via the very simple and easy to use app Zoom.   One of our regular leaders will lead about a 45 minute session walking in nature near their homes and streaming it to participants. There will be movement, activities and engagement with the group with everyone having the opportunity to speak and be heard, or not. All the while exploring the beautiful outdoors and Nature.

Walk start time the usual 13:30, please check the NWW page for the Zoom invitation which will be posted from 20 minutes before at 13:10 every Thursday.
